Cheesy Chicken Verde

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • Mexican Blend Cheeses (We like the 4 cheese Kraft blend).
  • Salsa Verde (We used Arriba! Fire Roasted Mexican Green Salsa) Arriba! Fire Roasted Mexican Green Salsa
  • Seasoning (We used Webber Kick’n Chicken, Flatiron Seasoning Co. Hatch Valley Green, and Black Pepper) Cheesy Chicken Verde Seasonings

Prep

  1. Clean up chicken breasts removing any gristle or fat. (Slice thin for faster cooking.)
  2. Place chicken in aluminum foil pan/boat.
  3. Add seasonings to you liking.
  4. Scoop salsa on to the top of the chicken.

Cooking

  1. Heat grill on medium to low heat.
  2. Place foil pan/boat with chicken and salsa on grill.
  3. Grill for 15-20 minutes (until completely cooked) flipping the chicken every 5 minutes.
  4. Once chicken is done, scoop the salsa that is on the side on the chicken back on top of it and add cheese. Cheesy Chicken Verde Off the Grill
  5. Once cheese is melted, remove from grill and serve! Cheesy Chicken Verde
